We are now looking for an Architect for Security for the NVIDIA GPU Cloud to help us tackle the most sophisticated security challenges when we accelerate the most fast-paced Cloud Gaming and Deep Learning workloads. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI- the next era of computing - with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Academic and commercial groups around the world are powering a revolution in artificial intelligence using deep learning techniques running on NVIDIA GPUs, enabling breakthroughs in deeply sophisticated problems from autonomous driving to medial image processing to natural language processing. What you will be doing: * As a Sr. Security Engineer for NVIDIA's cloud, you will be taking an end-to-end perspective to Security, securing the entire stack, starting from securing higher-level services down to bringing to bear the latest capabilities of NVIDIA's Data Processing Units (DPU). * You perform security risk assessments and craft a security road map that protects both NVIDIA as well as our customers from a wide variety of threats. * Prototype and implement new security solutions and demonstrate both their adaptability as well as their operational viability. * Closely collaborate with a number of software development teams across NVIDIA to influence their roadmaps and review both their designs as well as their code to ensure security is built into NVIDIA's cloud infrastructure. * Use the latest advances in AI (e.g. NVIDIA's Morpheus) to build novel security solutions * You will also work closely with the application security, the incident management as well as the Compliance teams to ensure end-to-end protection. What we need to see: * 10+ years of experience solving challenging end-to-end security problems in a large-scale cloud environment. * Experience formulating and completing security roadmaps and strategies. * Deep understanding of cloud architectures * Passion for Security with a proven record of end-to-end solutions for sophisticated security issues * Excellent interpersonal skills and working collaboratively across teams. * Deep knowledge of software development skills, such as C, GO, and Python * Ability to influence and lead outstanding engineering teams. * Masters or Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field. Ways to stand out from the crowd: * Deep knowledge with data-parallel and/or accelerated computing (CUDA, OpenCL) * Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and software frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, etc.) NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
