Physical Security Systems Analyst (Temporary-Full-Time)

Job Description:

The Physical Security Systems Analyst will work in a dedicated team and provide support for day-to-day business functions in relation to physical security systems ensuring safe and secure workspaces globally. The Analyst will be a key contributor to delivering Security Technology services, and support the documentation, organization, and procedures of security policies to ensure successful policy adaptation by our internal teams. This position will have a direct impact on the design of our next generation facilities, provide organizational guidance, solve system vulnerability and risk related issues, and be responsible for developing and communicating standards to internal and external project partners.Essential Functions:Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.Create and organize physical security system documentation for upholding system policy and standards.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective adoption, usability, and implementation of standards.Work with providers and vendors to discover and remediate vulnerabilities in security technologies.Use effective time management for supporting projects such as commissioning and testing of devices spanning time zones in EMEA and APAC.Perform audits of systems and policies and maintain tracking lists of all systems issues proactively, while implementing solutions along the way.Communicating internally with other technology partners, project Leads, and externally with Integrators is integral to the success of this role.System Support to the Integrators on Security technologies (Access Control, Video Management systems, Intercoms, intrusion, etc.).Supporting the evaluation, integration, and implementation of new and existing technologies solutions.Understand the security standards and practices that go into a security design and manage security integrators across multiple time zones.Program, configure, and harden all technical security devices, apps, and platforms.Build relationships with all business partners involved with security systems program execution and deliverables.Work with other senior managers within the business to maintain compliance with all security system requirements.Liaise with, meet with customers, and key contacts on a regular basis to review contract performance and ensure that quality standards are maintained in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.Know what it takes to maintain a vantage point with a comprehensive view of the company, its clients, and their shared interests.Analyze and synthesize broad, cross-business, or cross-discipline information that leads to breakthroughs or significant insight.
