Shipping/Receiving Coordinator for Data CenterDay Shift hours, Monday-Friday$24 per hourVolt is looking for a qualified Shipping/Receiving Coordinator for our client, who is an American multinational technology company, that designs, develops and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services and is considered one of the Big Four tech companies.Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably performing or assisting in the Shipping/Receiving and inventory control of products.Logistics experience or Data Center experience is a plus but not requiredResponsibilities include:Receive, audit, unpack, store, and transport various electronics used in a large data center.Ship out various parts and equipment to other Data Centers, manufactures, or corporate locations.Audit and perform required daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts.Ensure all packaging such as cardboard and warps are disposed of according to company policy. Keep work areas neat and cleanPull inventory used in the repair or setup of electronics, transport to the correct departments.Ensure electronic inventory system (SAP) is kept up to date and accurateOperate forklifts and pallet jacks while moving & managing large item inventoryOther general warehouse duties as assignedRequirements:Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a semi regular basisAble to stand and walk for most of your shiftAble to work in a team and independently as neededDesired Skills but not Required:Previous experience working with electronicsExperience working in or around data centersPrevious warehouse, Material Handling, Shipping/Receiving, and or Inventory Control experiencePrevious experience using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forkliftsTo Apply: Please click the " Apply" button below.
