The role works to provide consultant service to our students and help them to pursue a better future. -Job duties: Conduct client needs assessment, review client's skill level, educational background, industry experience, and determine how to align it best with our products Serves as accountability and thought mentor to students, inspiring and empowering international students in job hunting and career development Research different industries and job markets to promote valuable information for clients Response to students and job seeker needs to identify challenges and mitigate areas of struggle to develop cohesive and intentional action plans Continuously reach weekly and monthly sales targets and other predefined KPIs Creating and executing the sales strategy to obtain leads, establish and grow our business -Requirements: A self-starter and able to work independently; passionate about working in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment Negotiating / Listening / Identifying win-win solutions and having an entrepreneurial spirit Communicating and connecting with people Meeting goals and working under pressure Managing your people skills, you dont panic with disappointed customers, on the contrary, challenges and tough situations motivates you Showing strong presence with solid influencing skills -Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Education, business or related field
1-3 years of sales experience. Prefer experience in Education
Fluent in both Chinese and EnglishYou will obtain:
