Leveraging our COI vision helps drive innovation, build organizational capabilities, create equal opportunities for everyone, and achieve our company's definition of Winning.This role under the Semiconductor Business Group (SPG) will support financial and planning activities, including business analytics at the group and business unit level for the Gross Margin Leadership Team (GMLT). - The person coming into this role will collaborate across the Finance organization as well as with SPG Operations and Engineering functions. - The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with working both up and down the chain of command, using data to develop & create actionable & useful analytics, enhancing financial reporting capabilities, and completing deliverables related to regular business cycles. - In addition, this person will be deeply involved in the creation and maintenance of a five year "cost book" roadmap across all major business units.Major Responsibilities

  • Perform Cost & Gross Margin analysis across a variety of different revenue and cost elements over multiple groups & products.
  • Drive financial modeling and analysis to support Gross Margin reporting for Finance & Operations executives.
  • Participate in creation of five year planned "cost book" roadmap of cost improvement; lead process for updating and maintaining cost book
  • Provide analysis and reporting requirements for key Semiconductor executive reviews including Strategy, Forecast, and Actuals. - - -
  • Interacts as a direct business partner with Semiconductor Operations Executives, delivering analysis and recommendations to guide operational and financial decisions
  • Solicit and participate in projects and/or team discussions centered around improving both solution and process, including execution of those projects (UAT Testing)
  • Create business processes and drive adoption of new tools (e.g. Blackbird)
  • Partner with Operations, GIS and with other business areas to enable implementation of improved reporting systems and processesKey Competencies

    • Very strong Excel skills, including modeling
    • Data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI strongly encouraged
    • Strong communication, including presentation skills
    • Basic or intermediate accounting knowledgeEducation & Experience
      • BS degree in Accounting or Finance-- MBA -preferred
