Inventory Specialist

Job Description:

As an Inventory Specialist you will be responsible for shipment and receipt of packages, inventory control, and updating inventory system of record.
-
Job Summary:

Sort, Count, unpack and log which inventory is shipped or received.
Physical inventory count cycles
Update ERP (NetSuite) for inventory transactions
Provide summaries of inventory status
Partner with logistics to ship out inventory in a timely manner
Track and check in/out inventory for internal usage (systems and components)
Work with Engineering/Program Management on planned board shipments forecast to ensure we are ready to ship product out on time. Packing, labeling, system transactions
Track board returns, system work to put back into inventory, track through engineering if needing re-test -
Qualifications:
- Shipping and Receiving experience is required
- Computer knowledge, usage of MS Office Suite
- NetSuite experience
- Detailed Oriented #ZR
