with, but not limited to, the following experience: -- Pleasant
customer interaction.- Excellent problem solving skills.- Self
starter.- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and preventative
maintenance repairs.- Experience performing routine maintenance
work orders.- Ability to interact with vendors and contractors.
