Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it.We are looking for an outgoing sales operations professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and interpersonal skills to support the US Enterprise Public Sector teams.As part of our US Enterprise Business Operations team, you will be responsible for building a trusted strategic business partnership with the Enterprise Public Sector sales organization, which includes our Commercial resellers and the Carrier B2B partners.Also, you will work by partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Sales teams for operational excellence and by focusing on areas such as business planning, business partnering, and most importantly business insights and drivers.The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data sets to drive insights. The individual will help influence, participate, create and drive the weekly/monthly cadence: business reviews and develop the reporting packages that support the Public Sector sales initiatives. Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working experience in Sales Operation, financial/business operations supporting B2B within the Public Sector space
  • Analyze business health, interpret key performance metrics, offer insight and drivers
  • Design and present monthly/quarterly progress reports to partners with measurable sales goals.
  • Experience assisting sales management teams through full sales cycles with activities including the quote, special pricing, and deal tracking,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of the analysis in easy to understand business terms
  • Ability to partner with our Data Intelligence teams to create and design interactive and informative Tableau dashboards.
  • Drives input on reporting tool development (near term and long term) Description The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity. The development and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making to drive improvements for sales and revenue generation. This role will standardize the tools, methodologies, and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.Additional Responsibilities include:- Develop insightful and interactive business intelligence reports (KPIs, operating metrics, business metrics, ad-hoc queries), dashboards, and scorecards that can be consumed rapidly by decision-makers- Support the quarterly or semi-annual PS Back Margin process, included goal reviews, proof of performance and cadence set up- Experience with Tableau dashboard design, development, and publishing is a plus Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
    • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $188,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
