• Base Salary: $150K-$175K DOE

  • Position will report to the Vice President and you'll eventually be responsible for 1-2 Estimators
  • Projects $6M-$22M with the average job of $8M
  • Plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations, find solutions to estimating issues, and ensure accurate/successful/timely/efficient estimates that follow company policies/strategies
  • Risk management, contracts, pricing, review work, meet bid deadlines, takeoffs, conceptual/design-build estimates, and closing/award
  • Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controlsRequirements:
    • 3+ years of electrical construction estimating experience on $3M+ projects
    • Working knowledge of Accubid required
