They identify client needs, create a strategy and plan, often leading to improved internal processes. Performance is measured through business opportunity capture and billable hours, making regular client meetings and presentations essential.

• Experience in creating current and future-state business process models in LucidChart for various Marketing processes. Represent Business Process Optimization in cross-functional teams, collaborate with IT, manage project scope, and provide leadership with summary reports. Familiarity with Visio and LucidChart is expected, along with the ability to provide work samples of business process maps
