Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather and document
business requirements for integrations
Translate customer business processes into technical documentation
for CRM configuration
Work with development teams to design and implement integration
solutions during customer onboarding
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Healthcare Informatics, or related field
3+ years of experience in Business Analyst role, focusing on
healthcare IT and technical integration
Experience in client-facing roles with a strong aptitude for
translating customer needs into technical documentation
Strong project management skills handling multiple projects
Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking
