Job Description:

A company is looking for a Real Estate Construction Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle construction and design transactional matters for the Real Property practice group
Draft and negotiate design and construction contracts with minimal supervision
Assist with a large number of construction transactions for various clients

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of real estate construction experience in a mid-larger law firm or in-house setting
Experience managing construction transactions and negotiating commonly used contract forms
Residency and active bar admission in specified states
Availability to work full-time hours on a short-term basis
Ability to work remotely
