Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Analyst for Business Systems to
provide administration and support for SaaS solutions related to
CRM and ITSM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and
maintenance
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and provide
system design options
Mentor support staff and ensure timely resolution of application
issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience
Experience with CRM or ITSM systems and enterprise SaaS
solutions
Knowledge of integration tools and relational databases
Master's Degree or MBA is preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or ITSM tools is a plus
