About the role
This is an exciting role on the team as Company's office has
recently launched in Santa Clara, California. As the first office
in the US, you'll be an early groundbreaker in helping figure out
how to sell and grow the business in North America. This role
requires you to help us bring next-generation AR, VR, floor
planning, and related products to the furniture and interior design
market in North America. This requires a deep understanding of 3D
visualization and how it is impacting retail with new digital
shopping experiences.
We are seeking an experienced but scrappy, quota carrying sales
performer, who is passionate about having a big impact on the way
homes are decorated. You'll be doing full-stack sales, meaning
generating qualified leads and following them through to close.
This will be a crash course in international expansion and what
it's like to work at a small unit within a well-funded
start-up.
Job Responsibilities
-- Develop a sales strategy to expand into North America
-- Manage sales from outbound lead generation through to
closing
-- Build sales playbook including lead scoring systems, CRM best
practices, pipeline management, and other related tasks
-- Generate revenue forecasts and achieve quota targets
-- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product
-- Contribute to the growth of the team: interview, onboard, and
mentor new reps
-- Some travel as required to prospects, customers, marketing
events, or training throughout North America and China
Job Requirement
-- 2 to 5 years of B2B software sales experience required
-- Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business or sales
-- Analytical with sales and relationship skills
-- Self-motivated, goal driven, high-energy, and a strong team
player
-- Demonstrated ability to thrive at a start-up. Willing to work
