We have developed our Go to Market Strategy for this new product and we are now looking to stand up a new sales organization for this product.The Responsibilities For This Position IncludeAs Sr. Director, SMB Sales, you will be responsible for launching and growing our product in the SMB segment. This will involve a combination of launching an e- commerce offer, as well as building and expanding relationships with channel partners in North America. You'll be joining us at a key time of growth, and the progress we make now is instrumental to our growth over the next 2 years (and beyond).* Build, launch, test, and expand our SMB-focused GTM motions ?* Building a SMB channel partner program for our product, supported by the customer success and marketing teams, to develop replicable sales with these partners ?* Building an e-commerce sales motion that is tailored towards the needs of SMBs ?* Working with SMB channel partners to embed our solution into their Service Offerings and supporting them as we expand our business. ?* Partner closely with Marketing and other functions to architect and execute a well- oiled machine to drive demand generation ?* Set team and individual KPIs and hold your team members accountable, while creating an environment that brings out the best in everyone ?* Implement tools and scalable processes to nurture the pipeline, track and report progress, and accurately forecast revenue?Your Impact* You are self-directed and thrive in an early-stage fast-paced sales environment ?* You apply a consultative approach and excel in setting and surpassing customer expectations ?* You have a proven track record in selling sophisticated and innovative solutions to SMBs ?* You have deep domain experience and understanding of the SMB cybersecurity market, and can provide authentic and credible insights into how customer service trends are changing and evolving ?* You have demonstrated success in establishing and developing partner ecosystems in the SMB space ?* You are passionate about leading teams with the innate ability to connect with and inspire your team to hit ?and exceed sales targets ?* You are a team player with a collaborative personal style ?* You are adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements ?QualificationsYour Experience* Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in sales/sales management in infrastructure or cloud technology* MBA or Technical Masters Degree preferred?* Leadership experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry ?* Experience selling analytics to both LoB and Technology stakeholders* Experience building and managing multi-channel sales motions to SMBs ?* Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive culture ?* Exceptional people-management skills along with experience leading Leaders; ability to inspire and foster the right behaviors in others through leading by example (Player/ Coach) ?* Experience leading a direct or indirect account team with proven results ?* Ability to motivate, encourage and coach others to develop strong relationship building and sales skills ?* Experience working with new product/service development teams and their outbound functions ?* Track record of building rapport with SMB-focused channel partners ?* Experience developing and managing B2B e-commerce sales motions* Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented ?* Strategic problem solving and collaboration skills ?* Strong verbal and written communications skills ?* Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix organization (leveraging multiple functions and teams)Additional InformationThe Team? ?We're trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge the status quo of cybersecurity.
