We invest in our employees by offering competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Long Term Disability, and 401k with a great match.Position Summary:Plans and implements the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and product development programs of the company both short and long range targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Accomplishes Customer Service and Sales objectives by providing daily account servicing directed toward meeting company financial objectives and complete customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Process, generate, analyze and maintain quotes, customer POs, sale orders, and RMAs using ERP system.
  • Partner with management to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Helps develop sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Successfully match customer price/technical requirements to proposed solutions
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the Design Team for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress through monthly/quarterly initiatives to management.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with the sales and marketing staff to ensure growth attainment
  • Provides sales and customer service support to new and existing accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to include customer contact through various media; responses to customer inquiries; opening new customer accounts; creating new records and updating existing ones; maintaining hard copy records; order entry, modification, and invoicing and filing
  • Provides information to management regarding pricing concerns; account activity; new quoting activity; historical account information; credit references for new accounts; credit summaries for customers listing OFI as a credit reference; recommendations for terms and credit limits; and changes in customer protocol or competitive advantages
  • Updates the status of manufacturing by attending weekly production meetings; incorporating delivery schedule changes into the open order register; monitoring the backlog for accuracy.
  • Maintains information for management on current and historical sales; booking reports; and returned materials authorizations (RMA's) from issuance to final disposition
  • Prepares reports which includes collecting, disseminating, and presenting objective data; recommendations on cause or corrective action; and expedient follow-up to ensure CSAT
  • Generates quotations for standard products while maintaining an up-to-date price list
  • Remains current in the operation of and schedules maintenance of copier systems; facsimile machines (FAX's); scanners; adding machines; and other office related equipment
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Maintains currency of technical knowledge by routinely walking through manufacturing operations to observe the latest techniques or capabilities
  • Assists with phone system as a back-up for: answering incoming calls; and paging
  • Trains new office and sales personnel in cross-over job-related duties
  • Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Some college preferred or equivalent work experience
    • 3 - 5 years previous Customer Service experience
    • Displays passion and optimism; inspires respect and trust; mobilizes others to fulfill the vision; provides vision and inspiration to peers.
    • Sales Concepts including Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer Account Management, estimating (ROM), Pricing, Quoting, Listening, Problem and Conflict Resolution, Phone System Skills, and Understanding the Customer.
    • Protect organization's value by keeping proprietary information confidential.
    • Courteous manners with the public, customers, and fellow employees
    • Office Management including dealing cooperatively with various levels of management, neatness, and presenting a professional perception to visiting customersExperienced in MS Office, Outlook & CRM software helpful
