A Bi-Lingual Real Estate Agent assists clients with the sale and
purchase of their property. Real Estate sales and purchasing can be
an intimidating process, so clients will be looking for your
expertise on how to get their home ready to sell for a good price
and how to find the best home to meet their needs. This position
requires ambitious, communicative and creative real estate agents
who have stellar customer service skills.
As a Real Estate Agent, your income is tied directly to performance
through commissions. The more transactions you facilitate, the more
compensation you will earn. After a few years of disciplined work,
it's not uncommon for a Real Estate Agent to be earning over
$100,000. The more work you put into establishing a client base,
the more money you will earn.
Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to
apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially
being hired. To earn a real estate license you will need to
complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an
accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam. To
