The Team

Prisma Cloud is a global leader in the Cloud Security business. The Sales Operations & Strategy team for Prisma Cloud is a strategic pillar for our continued growth within this space, and a critical component to accomplishing our mission. Our team supports Sales and Systems Engineering teams to assist in large organization's migrations to Cloud Security, enabling smooth sales processes and empowering the teams across the world. This team is a trusted partner to the sales leaders in Prisma Cloud, and ensures harmony between our strategy and execution.

Your Career

We're looking for a senior member in our Sales Strategy & Ops team member who will help drive Prisma Cloud's next phase of growth in sales. This individual would support Cloud GTM Strategy through an understanding of best practices observed in the industry and contextualizing their applicability to Prisma Cloud. Sample areas of focus include organizational models, compensation plans, pipe generation activities, customer engagement model, approach to renewals, and sales motion for cross-sell & up sell. The person must be able to lead relationships with stakeholders across our Sales organization and partner with leaders from Product, Finance, and Sales Ops to drive alignment on the go-forward approach and execution plan.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical, and capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves, slicing and dicing massive sets of information, and creating solutions to problems that have not been tackled yet.

This role is a hybrid of jobs in Corporate Strategy, Planning, Sales Operations, and is an exciting career opportunity for an individual looking to transition from Strategy Consulting to a high growth industry, and flex his/her strategy muscles to add value to the business

Your Impact
Support efforts to achieve sales excellence globally by identifying best practices related to the organizational model, compensation plan, pipe generation activities, approach to renewals, and sales motion at Prisma Cloud
Review internal processes / practices related to each of the above, and articulate ways to refine / augment based on the industry best practices
Lead thoughtful, creative and rigorous analysis (e.g., market sizing, coverage model analysis, business models) to synthesize insights and drive alignment with the senior management on the go forward plan
Own and drive multiple project modules end-to-end - frame, structure, and implement work independently
Build an expansive internal network to bring all possible expertise and resources to bear on your projects - it is through these relationships, and the knowledge that they bring, that our sales strategy will be impactful
Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
Support strategic pivotal initiatives to drive both top-line growth and profitability improvement across Prisma Cloud's portfolio and markets
Work with sales leadership on team quota setting, measuring performance, territory carving, funnel analysis, pipeline management and strategic planning

Qualifications

Your Experience
4-5 years relevant work experience post MBA with at least 2 years in management consulting (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, etc.)
MBA graduate from a top-tier B- school or similar academic credentials or "direct promote" in Consulting
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred, e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan a plus
Enjoy taking on new challenges and comfortable handling ambiguity
Fluency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
Bachelor/Masters degree in Economics, Analytics, Business studies, Business Administration or related subjects
Experience / projects in B2B software industry a must
