The teamdrives growth throughconnecting data with business, optimizingprocesses,and collaborating across organizations.We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our team.In this role,you'lltackleinteresting business questions, work onhigh-impact high-visibility projects, have exposure to different aspects of Quotient business, andworkwithamazingpeople!What you'll do:

  • Data Management (Hygiene), the Business owner (partnered with Data Analytics database owner)
    • People, Quota, Pipeline/Revenue, Transactions, Attribution, Compensation, etc.
    • Apply advanced data mining techniques to surface insights and opportunities to improve sales performance while aligning pay for performance
    • Develop informed systems, processes, and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights
      • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business to influence and set strategies
      • Performing rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into functional process components
      • Identify and optimize the true drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement, and other metrics
      • Build KPI & Analytical models engineered to predict sales performance
      • Drive Sales Resource tracking and Revenue Risk Analysis with Mitigation Proposals
      • QTRLY Vertical Performance & Compensation Scorecards (develop, design, maintain)
      • Manage Sales Programs End to End (examples are SPIFFs, Open Territory Coverage, Pilot Programs)
      • Sales Performance QBR Deck (multiple contributors) point person, enhancing through incremental insights
      • Annual Sales Performance Analytics (i.e., plan simulation, territory, earnings, resource allocation, resource ramp, spiff planning, performance objective strategy, etc.)
      • Provide Team Support/Backup:
        • Sales Performance Compensation OPEX forecasting, outlooks, flux analysis (FP&A BP)
        • Territory management within business systems for matrix quota-carrying teams
        • Database Queries/Reporting in support of monthly reporting cycles. -What you'll bring:
          • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or another related field
          • 4-6 years' experience with modeling design & analytics (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive)
          • Proven experience translating data into meaningful analytics to best inform decisions
          • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
          • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and timely meet deliverables
          • Team-player, successfully partner cross-functionally with various teams driving advancement
          • Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
          • Confidently remain focused and flexible during rapid change
          • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Priority Candidate Consideration possessing any one or more the following:
            • Experience with Sales Performance Analysis (i.e., COS, Pay for Performance, PAR, Attrition Risk, etc.)
            • Experience with Xactly, Callidus, or other -Sales Performance Management Systems
            • Experience in Digital Media or Promotions/Advertising businesses is a plus
