Job description
We are looking for a competent Enterprise Field Sales for Saltalk Work to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in field sale and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Job Summary
Sell Saltalk work meal program from small-size to large-size enterprise businesses focusing mainly on flexible work meal solutions including Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver door-to-door sales presentations that demonstrate the service of Saltalk's e-commerce platform, curated menu from partners, professional logistics, and great customer service. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging service to best position Saltalk work meal program in the marketplace.
Core Responsibilities

  • Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with enterprise companies
  • Manage negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our merchants, including sustainable economics for both parties
  • Clearly communicate the value of Saltalk and its products to prospects
  • Achieve and consistently exceed KPI
  • Partner with our operation and customer success team to smoothly serve the best merchants
  • Develop long-term relationships with key in-region partners with door-to-door strategy
  • Act as an ambassador of Saltalk's vision, mission, brand, and product
  • Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions
      • Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
      • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
      • Excellent communication and sales skills
      • Strong critical thinking ability
