Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and empower a team of Sales Operations staff to optimize sales operations processes and ensure data accuracy
Implement performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and mentorship to the team
Analyze sales data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage client expectations throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
5-7 years of experience in sales operations or sales management
3-5 years of experience in managing and leading teams at the supervisory/manager level
Experience with data analytics tools and CRM platforms
Familiarity with sales enablement tools
