Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead/Manager for B2B
SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop internal knowledge base including sales decks, talk tracks,
and customer success playbooks
Create engaging onboarding and training materials for various GTM
teams
Drive adoption of best practices through educational sessions and
continuously improve materials
Required Qualifications:
Background in sales enablement, AE, or revenue-related roles in B2B
SaaS
Experience in developing and implementing onboarding and training
programs
Understanding of enterprise sales process, large-scale POCs, and
technical implementations
Strong coaching skills and strategic mindset
Desire to continually develop skills, enhance team processes, and
reduce inefficiencies
