Job Description:

Plan, direct and coordinate efforts of sales team members toward accomplishment sales objectives. Responsible for maintain CRM system and ensuring leads are divided among sales counselors and his/her self. Responsible for meeting budgeted occupancy targets both via personal sales and those of team. Ensure maximum sales volume at minimum cost. Provides information and recommendations to the Executive Director, Senior Management team and community leadership regarding sales activity. Provides feedback and suggestions as to areas of the campus to ensure marketability. Accountable to meet budgeted calls, appointments and sales goals for self and team. Supervise the team members of the community sales department. Performs duties in support of the mission to ensure the highest quality of in an economically sound and efficient manner.To be successful in this role you would have:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other applicable degree required.
• 8+ years experience in residential sales, long-term care, independent living, assisted living or healthcare setting.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, public speaking and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient presentation skills; proficiency in data entry, word processing, and typing
• Ability to work effectively and independently with various levels of administrative managers within the healthcare setting and community leaders and organizations
