Job Description Job Description The San Francisco District Office of Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated, customer service-oriented Agency Business Consultant to support our new Agency Owners, Protgs, and their teams. In this role, you will work side by side with developing agencies providing hands-on support, tracking sales production, coaching sales techniques, and leading by example. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our District Office program and the long-term performance of each agency you work with. This is not a clock-watching position. We are looking for someone who is driven, energetic, and genuinely passionate about making a difference through impactful training, mentoring, and leadership.
