Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for Product
Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive learning experiences across
various modalities
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and
opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning objectives with
business goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,
or related field; Master's degree preferred, OR 3+ years of
experience in instructional design
Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional
design models
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management
Systems
Experience with LMS content implementation and optimization
Ability to analyze LMS data and apply insights to improve learning
experiences
